The Johnston City Council is considering a preliminary plat for the creation of 27 single family residential lots in the Wilkie Addition. The property is located at the intersection of NW 64th Place and NW 51st street. Capital City Development, LLC advanced the plan to the City, and the plan had been previously been approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission with conditions.
Action on the proposed plat has been tabled to provide City staff and the developer with additional time to address concerns about storm water management and infrastructure for other future developments in the area.
