A new apartment project has been proposed at 6000 NW 62nd Avenue. PMR Realty has developed a site plan and preliminary plat for the redevelopment of four single family residential lots for the construction of a 137 unit multi-family apartment building.
The preliminary plat and site plan as well as the final plat were recently approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission. You can download the staff report here.
