A site plan for a new 15,000 square foot office/warehouse building was approved by Johnston Planning & Zoning Commission at their meeting on June 13, 2016. The facility will be located on NW Beaver Drive adjacent to NW 57th Ave., and the area is zoned M-1 as  Light Industrial District.
