The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Final Plat for Adam Ridge Commercial Plat 1. The property, located south of NW 62nd Avenue and east of NW 103rd Street, and the proposed establishment add a retail companion to the latest developments in Adam Ridge.

The plan would subdivide a 5.14 acre area for the development of an 8,394 square foot retail/restaurant building. The new building would be located just west of the Casey’s, which is positioned on the SW corner of the NW 62nd Avenue and NW 100th Street intersection.

The Preliminary Plat and Site Plans for Adam Ridge Commercial Plat 1 subdividing 5.14-acre Outlot ‘X’ of Adam Ridge Plat 9 within the Amber Ridge PUD for the development of 8,394 s.f. combined retail/restaurant space on proposed Lot 1 was approved by the Johnston City Council on July 16, 2018.
