The 2018 Johnston & Grimes Economic Development Bus Tour and reception was staged from Prairie Business Park in Grimes on October 11, 2018. The 175,000 SF industrial space is available for lease by R&R Realty Group.
The Johnston & Grimes Economic Development Bus Tour is an annual event that allows members of the real estate and development communities to learn about current projects and available properties in both the Johnston and Grimes communities. By working together with Grimes Chamber & Economic Development, we’re able to bring business leaders from neighboring communities together to make development deals and foster growth in the Des Moines metro area.
After the tour, guests participated in a networking reception and viewed the new Johnston Economic Development Corporation drone video, “Thrive in Johnston,” which features aerial footage of the most recent and upcoming development projects within Johnston city limits.
