Work is currently underway on the Residences at 62W apartments, an R&R Realty project in Johnston. When complete, the upscale apartment will include 137 units ranging in size from one to three bedrooms. The apartments will have an urban feel with unique amenities such as a saltwater pool, bicycle storage and repair and a pet washroom. The apartment project is being developed on 5.2 acres along NW 62nd Avenue and just west of Merle Hay Road near the current Johnston Middle School.
