Welcome to the Johnston Economic
Development Corporation!
Our mission is to foster economic growth and opportunity in the Johnston
community and in the Greater Des Moines region. The Johnston Economic
Development Corporation (JEDCO) is a not for profit organization.
JEDCO is comprised of Johnston
business owners, commercial, residential and industrial developers,
professional firms engaged in activities necessary for development, and
other enterprises conducting business in Johnston. Representatives from the
City of Johnston and the Johnston Community School district are also
ex-officio members of JEDCO.
