Michael Ralston is President of the Iowa Association of Business and Industry, Iowa’s oldest and largest statewide business organization. ABI works to improve Iowa by making Iowa businesses more successful.
Mike is a former state tax commissioner and has background in corporate taxation, public policy, and management. He is a former mayor and congressional staffer and he holds a degree from the University of Northern Iowa, which recognized him as an Outstanding Alumnus in 1992.
Bart Baudler is U.S. Commercial Unit Lead — North and West, for Corteva Agriscience™, Agriculture Division of DowDuPont™. In this role, Bart has responsibility for sales of the seed, crop protection and digital services portfolio.
Bart began his career with Corteva Agriscience™ in 2000 when he began working for one of its heritage companies, DuPont. He was a Global Business Manager for corn and soybean herbicides. In 2002, his focus expanded to also include responsibility for seed when he became Director, U.S. Seed and Crop Protection Soybean Marketing.
In 2007, Bart began working on the go-to-market strategy that eventually became the PROaccess business and in 2012 he was named Central Business Unit Director, responsible for both PROaccess nationally and the Pioneer seed business in Iowa. He continued to manage PROaccess, as the Commercial Unit Lead, before the merger between Dow and DuPont and before being named to his current role.
Before joining DuPont, Bart held several marketing roles with Monsanto and also has sales and marketing experience with American Cyanamid and Sandoz Crop Protection. Bart holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy from Iowa State University.
