Incentives
The City of Johnston is working to make amendments to existing Urban
Renewal areas (Beaver Creek West) and to create an new Urban Renewal area
(NW 100th Street Area). These changes are being proposed to take
advantage of several new development opportunities in the area and they are
also the result of Council and city staff efforts to make Johnston
Development Policies more competitive.
