Tour 2013 – Our annual bus tour and reception featuring the development sites in Grimes
and Johnston.

A Johnston tradeshow exhibit
has been used to promote Johnston at numerous member locations
throughout the community as well as at events sponsored by the
Professional Developers of Iowa, the Greater Des Moines Partnership and
the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association.
Strategic Leadership

An updated Laborshed Study for
Johnston in collaboration with the Greater Des Moines Partnership and
MidAmerican Energy was completed.

JEDCO actively participates
in planning discussions with the City of Johnston to facilitate
development and to help keep our community competitive.
Infrastructure
Problem Solving

participated in the City of Johnston community development process.
